Hallmark Metals is a precision sheet metal fabrication and machining company operating since 1959 who wanted to save energy along with improve light levels in critical small task areas at their full-service metal fabrication facility in Glendora, CA. The primary fixture type existing at their location was an outdated 8’ two lamp F96T12 strip.

FSC Lighting was chosen to retrofit their entire building, including office space, restrooms, and storage rooms. The shop utilized the L8500-EX Series LED Strip throughout along with our LECB Series LED High Bay and our L28500 Series Lensed Strip. By retrofitting their existing fluorescent fixtures with FSC Lighting’s LED solutions, Hallmark Metals will use 26,075 fewer kilowatt-hours (kWh) per year with an annual savings of approximately $3,077. FSC Lighting also incorporated lighting controls in strategic areas that will contribute to additional savings. Furthermore, they will cut down on maintenance costs and improve light levels. The shop once dark is now bright and inviting.
